What is N2P Fitness?
Kat is a passionate athlete who found her love for running from a young age and has never looked back. In college, her enthusiasm for fitness expanded to include cycling, prompting her to challenge herself with a triathlon, which she naturally adored. Her journey into functional movement began during her multiport adventures, culminating in the creation of Negative 2 Positive Fitness. Since then, Kat has been enjoying every moment, engaging in exciting activities and connecting with like-minded individuals who share her zest for life.
